FreeAgent CRM is an all-in-one platform for the sales-led business. This year we made the 2019 Gartner Leadership Quadrant for CRM Usability and User Recommendations; scoring higher than Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Hubspot CRM, and Zendesk Sell.

Role: Head of Product Design

Created from scratch a highly extensible platform that can be tailored to any industry.
The main goal is to create an easy-to-use, highly functional CRM that drives a significant increase in user productivity.





rolodex view



There are three consistent modes for working, the Rolodex View, List View, and Board View. The Rolodex View allows for you build your custom view and easily work your way down the list.



Board view



The Board View is available for all tabs in FreeAgent CRM and it is a great way to see your information as it includes cards with the most relevant information. You can drag and drop them in the desired column and this will update the information for the cards.



Next Step Calendar



The FreeAgent CRM calendar integration allows you to gather all your events into a single view for easy tracking and fast access. Next steps (to do's) will also appear on your Calendar to help you stay organized.



SNapshot analytics



Snapshot Analytics is visually stunning real-time tracking for your pipeline over time. Gain instant insight to pipeline forecasting and day-to-day changes in a revolutionary new way.
