Move Planning Tool



The Move Planning Tool is designed for facilities to initiate mass moves by either department or manager. View what department is on each floor, how many seats are filled, and how many open seats are available to initiate a move. Sandbox potential moves before committing to a finalized scenario.





Role: User Experience Design Lead

Typically when there is a mass move within a company, a printout of a floor plan is used to pencil in where people will move to. The main goal of this tool was to create a simplified way to visualize closed seats and open seats. I wanted this tool to be simple and easy to use. A user can configure what they want to see in the side panel and can easily sandbox different scenarios before deciding on a final floor plan. Collaborated with product management and development to design this new tool from initial concept to wireframe to high fidelity to code to market.
